There is a video project that is shaping up and is in need of crew – a live-to-tape series of videos for the national guard. This has been on Craigslist for a few weeks, but they are still not set with their crew. Come on MMM crowd – this could be the job you’ve been looking for.<\/p>\n
The job starts THIS SATURDAY July 5 and runs through July 25. 6 days a week. In Grayling (1 hour drive). It pays between $23 and $27 per hour, 8-10 hour days or more. They will offer training for all these positions, but wish to have people that already have some experience in the following:<\/p>\n
1) Camera Operators – shooting training exercises. Physically fit. Experience shooting with handheld home video cameras is the basic pre-requisite.<\/p>\n
2) Final Cut Pro Editor (FCP 7, not FCPX) – edit all the footage into presentations. Sounds like they need someone that is quite good at this, with a proven track record.<\/p>\n
3) Video Take Home Packet Operator – I have no idea what this is – possibly related to operating a multicam production switcher. Anyone with studio experience at Up North Live, or with experience working at a tv station or college level broadcast course should apply.<\/p>\n
